A number of Hollywood celebrities have fallen victim to the wildfires ravaging Los Angeles, including James Woods, Spencer Pratt, Heidi Montag, and now Adam Brody, Mandy Moore, and Anna Faris, former wife of Chris Pratt. All of these individuals have lost their homes, along with a large percentage of regular folk not involved in the entertainment industry. And yet, despite this being the third day of the fires, much of it is still not under control. Which means this is only the beginning of the devastation. It’s truly horrific.
Check out more on this from The Daily Wire:
The three celebrities joined actors like James Woods and reality TV stars Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag who have completely lost their homes as wildfires rage in the area thanks to the high-speed Santa Ana winds forcing the evacuations of tens of thousands in the Palisades Fire, Eaton Fire, and Hurst Fire, as previously reported. In one video from TMZ, it showed the 45-year-old Brody and his actress wife Leighton Meester’s home completely engulfed in black smoke and flames with barely the structure of the home remaining.
Inside the post, there were also pictures of ashes and what was left of Faris’ home. There has been no word from either Faris or Brody about the loss.
On Tuesday, pop sensation Mandy Moore got on her social media account and posted in an Instagram Story, “Evacuated and safe with kids, dog, and cats. Praying and grateful for the first responders. “Grateful for the kindness of friends that we had a place to land last night. Trying to shield the kids from the immense sadness and worry I feel. Praying for everyone in our beautiful city. So gutted for the destruction and loss. Don’t know if our place made it.”
The following day the singer and actress posted an update to her Instagram Story post which said that her “sweet home” located in Altadena was obliterated by the fire in Eaton.
“I am devastated and gutted for those of us who’ve lost so much. I’m absolutely numb,” the “This is Us” actress told her followers.
“My children’s school is gone,” she continued. “Our favorite restaurants, leveled. So many friends and loved ones have lost everything too. Our community is broken but we will be here to rebuild together. Sending love to all affected and on the front lines trying to get this under control.”
Actor James Woods, an outspoken conservative, also lost his home in the chaos. On Tuesday evening he made an appearance on CNN where he actually broke down crying as he discussed how the fire decimated his entire street.

“There was so much chaos, it was like an inferno. Every house was on fire around us,” Woods stated during the interview. “We were evacuated with the clothes on our back. One day you are swimming in your pool, and the next day it’s all gone.”
