Republican Louisiana Sen. John Kennedy completely destroyed singer Sheryl Crow after she announced in an attention-seeking display that was nothing more than a huge virtue signal, the selling of her Tesla. She also revealed she’s planning to donate the funds raised from the sale to National Public Radio (NPR) as a form of protest against Elon Musk.
Whenever celebrities do this garbage it’s because they have fallen into obscurity and are looking for a way to make headlines again. Crow hasn’t been making many contributions to society as of late and has thus fallen off the radar, hence this desperate ploy to gain relevancy.
It’s quite sad and pathetic, but aging stars have been employing this strategy for some time now. For those of us with common sense it’s obvious her career is in its twilight.
Kennedy stated during an interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity, “I think she means well, but if she ever had a clever thought, it died alone and afraid.” That’s a massive burn, a true scorcher if I’ve ever seen one.
The Louisiana senator then pointed out that former President Joe Biden “got alot of his advice from pop singers, movie stars and people who partied with Harvey Weinstein… and we know how that turned out.”
Valid point, wouldn’t you agree? How can you trust someone who actually takes the insane ramblings of out-of-touch celebrities who boogied with a known sexual predator seriously? You can’t.
“The free character assessment of Crow and her show business elites came after she posted an Instagram video of herself happily waving goodbye to her Tesla as a tow truck carries it away,” Breitbart News reported.

“My parents always said… you are who you hang out with,” she stated in the caption along with the video. “There comes a time when you have to decide who you are willing to align with. So long Tesla.”
She then added, “Money donated to @npr, which is under threat by President Musk, in hopes that the truth will continue to find its way to those willing to know the truth.”
“Musk — who in addition to being the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, heads the Trump administration’s Department of Government Efficiency, or DOGE — has called for NPR to be stripped of federal funding over its well-established bias against conservatives and other anti-establishment voices,” the report added.
Crow isn’t the only celebrity to sell off her Tesla vehicle as a means of getting even with Musk. Actor Jason Bateman stated in October that he got rid of us back in October when Musk backed Trump for president.
“I got rid of my Tesla. I feel like I’m driving around [with] a Trump sticker,” he remarked.
