President Donald Trump’s border czar, Tom Homan — who is as diehard as they come — recently appeared on Fox News where he reacted to a video of actress and pop star Selena Gomez weeping her little eyes out in a now viral breakdown concerning the deportation of illegal migrants. It’s just as savage as you would expect coming from Homan. You just have to love this guy. He won’t blow any smoke up your backside, that much is for sure.
During the segment, Homan said he has “no apologies” for doing his job to send illegal migrants back to their country of origin. In fact, he said he’s going to keep right on pushing forward, regardless of the pushback. Guys, this is what a true American hero looks like. Homan is standing on principle, which isn’t something we’ve seen a whole lot of over the last four years.
“If they don’t like it, then go to Congress and change the law,” Homan said. “We’re going to do this operation without apology. We’re gonna make our community safer.”
“It is all for the good of this nation. And we’re gonna keep going. No apologies. We’re moving forward,” he added.

The reaction we’ve all been waiting for.

According to a report from Billboard:
According the People magazine, the Texas-born singer whose grandparents immigrated to the U.S. from Mexico without proper documentation posted a since-deleted Instagram Story in which she weeped alongside the caption, “I’m sorry” and a Mexican flag emoji. “All my people are getting attacked, the children,” Gomez added in the video that can be seen here. “I don’t understand. I’m so sorry, I wish I could do something but I can’t. I don’t know what to do. I’ll try everything, I promise.”
President Trump began his second administration last week by vowing to unleash a nationwide immigration crackdown. CNN reported that over the weekend nearly 1,000 people the administration deemed national security threats were arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers along with agents from a variety of federal agencies including the FBI, DEA and U.S. Marshals Service in Chicago, Atlanta, Puerto Rico, Colorado, Los Angeles, Austin, TX and elsewhere. People said that in another since-deleted Instagram Story, Gomez wrote, “Apparently it’s not ok to show empathy for people.” According to reports, TV doctor Phil McGraw joined U.S. border czar Tom Homan in a highly choreographed raid in Chicago in which the daytime talk show host asked some detainees where they were from and whether they were legal citizens.
This isn’t the first time that Gomez has supported illegal immigrants, going on to help produce a 2019 documentary for Netflix called “Living Undocumented,” which presented the stories of eight different families who allowed film crews to follow them around as they faced the possibility of being deported during the first Trump administration. Gomez tore into President Trump during that time for alleged cruel treatment of immigrant families.

In other words, she thinks it’s perfectly okay for people to violate our laws, especially ones that relate to our national security, out of some twisted and sick idea of compassion. It’s not compassionate to just let people into the country where they can destroy your culture or society from the inside out. Many nations around the world have strong borders. Funny how she doesn’t pick on them.
