Donald Trump Jr., the son of former President Donald Trump, had his X account — formerly Twitter — hacked, with messages getting plastered all over his profile that immediately made folks suspicious about whether or not they were legit. It’s good to know that those who follow Trump Jr. know and understand how he communicates with them and doesn’t fall for nonsense that hackers are clearly attempting to pull.
Here’s a look at some of the ridiculous posts that were made by the hacker, all of these coming in the span of thirty minutes:
I’m sad to announce, my father Donald Trump has passed away. I will be running for president in 2024.
Richard Heart is innocent, when I become president I am going to burn the SEC.
Some interesting messages with Jeffrey Epstein…
This just in: North Korea is about to get smoked.
I also f***ed your girl btw Logan Paul
F***@JoeBidenStupid A**N****
According to the Daily Wire report:
The posts have since been deleted from Trump Jr.’s account. X’s help website gives these instructions if a user believes their account has been hacked:
We’re sorry you’re having this experience.

A report published by Fox News revealed that a spokesperson representing Trump told them on Wednesday that a hacker was indeed responsible for the completely classless posts published on his account, referring to the material as “false and inflammatory.”
Don Jr.’s younger brother, Eric, seized the moment as an opportunity to give him a good ribbing, making fun of him in his own post on the social media platform.
“What was @donaldtrumpjr’s password? Don2024?” he went on to say, slapping a laughing emoji at the end for good measure.
Just about all the members of the former president’s family have sizable social media followings, despite the fact that, for the most part, the patriarch of the family only posts on his own Truth Social platform.

As of this writing, there’s been no suspects identified in the hacking of the account.
Obviously, this was a left-wing troll who was hoping to cause a little discomfort and chaos. Maybe they were hoping people would be stupid enough to actually think Don Jr. posted this garbage and it would cause an issue for his father’s presidential campaign. Either way, it doesn’t seem this whole hacking business had the impact the suspect was hoping for.
Social media has done a lot of damage to people and families throughout its existence, but it has also provided a great means of sharing messaging for politicians who take advantage of the platform to connect with their constituents. You just sort of have to take some bad with the good.
Hopefully the individual who hacked the account will be identified and held accountable for what they did.
