In January, the former New York Giants legend and “Good Morning America” host shared the harrowing news: Isabella is fighting medulloblastoma, a vicious brain tumor that targets the cerebellum and wreaks havoc on movement and coordination.
In her latest heart-wrenching update from her hospital bed, Isabella revealed the grim side effects of her life-saving treatments. “I’m given this drug to protect my hearing and just because I have a reaction to it, they give me Ativan. And for some reason, this happened last time too, I can’t remember a single thing about that day,” the 19-year-old shared. Fans got a glimpse of her struggles through hospital clips, where she appeared disoriented and couldn’t recall eating a sandwich.

Despite the memory lapses, Isabella felt a surge of relief post-chemo, confessing to sleeping 18 hours straight after her first session. Yet, the fear of what comes next looms large. “Once I’m done, how I’m gonna go back to normal life? ‘Cause I feel like there’s always gonna be another treatment or something I have to do,” she disclosed to TMZ.
