Once again, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, a true conservative if I ever laid eyes on one, has raged against the machine and arisen victorious. A federal judge overseeing a lawsuit that was filed by Disney against him, accusing DeSantis of retaliating against the company, tossed the case out. When will Disney, which sold its soul for credibility within the woke movement, realize they have made a horrible mistake and do some serious course correction? Eventually, over time, a refusal to do so will lead to the destruction of the company.
Here are more details about this development via the Daily Wire:
The company filed the lawsuit after DeSantis dismantled a special Disney-controlled tax district that gave them the power to govern themselves, claiming that he retaliated against them for publicly criticizing his Florida Parental Rights in Education Act, which empowers parents to make the best decisions for raising their children and protects children from being exposed to dangerous leftist gender ideologies in school.
Politico described the development by saying Disney had “lost a major battle” against DeSantis after U.S. District Judge Allen Winsor ruled that Disney lacked standing and jurisdiction in their lawsuit.
Disney seethed, claiming that the ruling “would set a dangerous precedent and give license to states to weaponize their official powers to punish the expression of political viewpoints they disagree with.” The company said that it was going to appeal the ruling.
A spokesperson for the Florida Republican stated that the judge’s ruling is proof that Disney ruling over the city of Orlando is officially done with.
“As stated by Governor DeSantis when he signed HB 9-B, the Corporate Kingdom is over,” Press Secretary Jeremy Redfern remarked. “The days of Disney controlling its own government and being placed above the law are long gone. The federal court’s decision made it clear that Governor DeSantis was correct: Disney is still just one of many corporations in the state, and they do not have a right to their own special government. In short – as long predicted, case dismissed.”
And this is what makes DeSantis, hands down, one of the best governors in the country. He’s not afraid to take on woke corporations and will fearlessly push forward until he achieves victory. This presidential election cycle was not his time, clearly, but the future looks bright for him if he keeps up the good work he’s doing now.
Companies like Disney are obviously not concerned about losing money. They are purposefully pushing an agenda because it comes from the beliefs of those in charge of the company. All that matters is brainwashing future generations of young people to be loyal statists, to buy into the sexual revolution of the 21st century — it’s okay to be gay and men can totally be women, that’s the revolution — and essentially destroy the remaining vestiges of heteronormity that exists in our culture. Why? Because doing so destroys the family unit and makes people dependent on government.
A people dependent on government won’t resist or fight back when oppressive policies are enforced in the left’s delusional mission to perfect humanity and build a utopia. It’s all a pipe dream and those of us who aren’t ensnared by emotions realize that.

Maybe one day the left will too.
Until then, we need leaders like DeSantis who will stand up and fight against the insanity.
