We are truly living in one of the most bizarre periods of American — heck, maybe even human — history, as certain growing portions of our population are rejecting basic biological fact, proven time and again by science for centuries, that a man is a man and a woman is a woman, neither of which can become the other, no matter how many surgeries or hormone therapies they undergo. What’s even worse is this transgender nonsense is now being pushed on children, confusing them about gender and sexuality starting as young as kindergarten age.
In many instances, this indoctrination happening in the classroom is being done without permission from parents. And it’s not just the normalization of various forms of sexual deviancy being pushed on kids that’s posing a serious risk to students’ mental and physical health. It’s the fact schools are actually helping kids to “transition” to the opposite gender without consent from their adult parents.
Yes, that’s right. Schools are encouraging kids to disobey and undermine the authority of the very people who helped to create them by confusing them with transgender ideology and then aiding the children in harming their own body and indulging their delusions.
However, one mom in California, whose child was “socially transitioned” by the school she was attending without her consent, decided to unleash her inner mama grizzly and fight back, scoring a massive win for parental rights in the process.
“Jessica Konen, represented by the Center for American Liberty, filed a lawsuit against Spreckels Union School District in 2021 after she claimed a school within the district socially transitioned her 11-year-old daughter, Alicia, without her knowledge or consent,” TheBlaze reported. “The lawsuit was also filed against two seventh-grade teachers who, Konen claimed, kept her daughter’s transition a secret. She also said they failed to inform her that Alicia was experiencing suicidal thoughts.”
According to court documents, Alicia was feeling a bit challenged by remote learning, however, when the young lady was no longer “in the clutches” of school officials who were pushing her to transition to being a male, the mother said there was a “silver lining.”
“Freed from their influence [Alicia] began to return to her old self,” the document said.

One of the things you don’t hear much about in these sort of cases is the impact “socially transitioning” being pushed by public educators has on the relationship between parent and child. Konen said that her relationship with Alicia was strained due to the circumstances, and that’s understandable. The school was filling her daughter’s head with all kinds of garbage, confusing her, and essentially telling her that her own mother did not know what was best for her, a lie she no doubt believed. After all, educators pass themselves off as “experts” and as knowing more than the parent about matters such as these, though that’s often far from the truth.
The single mom said that her daughter is once again identifying as her biological sex and now the pair are teaming up to fight for awareness concerning parental rights issues. How cool is that? So glad Alicia was rescued from all this madness before she ended up having some kind of surgery done that would have been a permanent regret for her.
The school district, obviously recognizing they were in the wrong, despite not owning up to it, agreed to settle the suit for $100,000. And that money ought to go straight into Alicia’s college fund, but hey, guess what, I’m not her parent, so my opinion doesn’t amount to a hill of beans. Alicial’s mother will know how best to utilize the settlement for her daughter. See how easy that is? Public schools should take notes.
“If you choose not to fight for your children, then they will fight and take your children,” Konen remarked. “Stand up, parents, it’s your right to be able to parent your own children.”
“I think it took a lot of guts for both of us to be able to open up publicly and explain what is happening,” Konen said during an interview with Fox News Digital. “Parents, be vigilant, you know, pay attention. Those gut feelings you have, they’re real. I feel like this just opened doors.”
Issuing their own response to the victory, the Center for American Liberty said, “At its core, this case is about upholding the sacred bond between parents and their children.”
“Parents have an inherent right to be involved in pivotal decisions concerning their children’s lives,” the organization said. “We are thrilled to have played a role in this landmark victory, which sends a clear message that parental rights must be respected.”
