Big Crowd Stands Outside Fulton County Jail Waiting For Trump’s Arrival

A sizable crowd of Trump supporters arrived outside of the jail located in Fulton County, Georgia, awaiting the arrival of former President Donald Trump, who is expected to show up on Thursday evening to be fingerprinted and even potentially have his mug shot snapped in his arraignment for charges of allegedly attempting to overturn the 2020 presidential election results. You just know leftist media outlets are chomping at the bit to get a mug shot photograph of Trump so they can parade it around and meme it to death. However, I don’t think doing that is going to have the impact they are hoping for.

Every single attack the left has ever launched against Trump has backfired, only serving to make him more popular and more of a folk hero to the average American. If they really wanted to destroy him, they’d stop giving him attention. Ignore him. Stop giving him media attention. Alas, being driven by emotions, they can’t come to grips with that strategy.

“Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis asked for the arraignment of Trump and 18 other defendants to take place in September, according to CNN. The judge overseeing the case will also allow four local news stations to have cameras in the courtroom through September 8, according to court documents, making Trump’s fourth arraignment the most opportune for the media,” the Daily Wire stated.

“The former president and current frontrunner in the Republican primary was charged by Willis last week with 13 counts, which included charges for racketeering. Loyal Trump supporters showed up to the jail hours before Trump’s expected arrival to voice their frustration with the prosecution of the sitting president’s chief political opponent,” the report continued.

One group that showed up to support the former president was “Blacks for Trump” who can be seen in the footage holding up American flags and a number of signs showing their love for Trump. When someone was asked for their thoughts concerning the latest indictment of the former commander-in-chief, the man responded by saying, “it’s a bunch of bulls***” and referred to Willis as a “puppet for the white liberal.”

“I’m here to support Trump because they been doing black men like this for decades,” he stated during the interview. “I know Trump is innocent. I support Trump against the two-tier justice system. Fani Willis is full of s***.”

This is why Trump is so popular with the average American. He has a well earned reputation for speaking the truth, no matter how uncomfortable it might make people, and that is how the regular individual speaks and thinks. That’s part of the connection the former president established with his base that makes them so loyal. People like the man above feel like Trump gets them, despite being a billionaire.

“Other supporters arrived in a bus painted red, white, and blue with a picture of Trump on the side of it while many people set up tents alongside the road to await Trump’s arrival,” the Daily Wire continued.

“Trump was charged in Fulton County along with 18 other co-defendants, including Rudy Giuliani, John Eastman, Mark Meadows, Jenna Ellis, and Sidney Powell. Giuliani, Eastman, Ellis, and Powell all turned themselves in on Wednesday and were photographed. Giuliani, who advised Trump as the president challenged the outcome of the 2020 election, made a statement on Wednesday morning before leaving for Georgia,” the report added.

“I’m feeling very, very good about it because I feel like I’m defending the rights of all Americans as I did so many times as a United States attorney,” Giuliani went on to say in his statement. “People like to say I’m different; I’m the same Rudy Giuliani that took down the Mafia, that made New York City the safest city in America, reduced crime more than any mayor in the history of any city, anywhere. And I’m fighting for justice; I have been for the first moment I represented Donald Trump.”

Trump skipped the first Republican Party primary debate Wednesday evening, opting instead to have a sit-down interview with former Fox News host Tucker Carlson. Why didn’t Trump debate? He refused to comply with the Republican Party’s requirement for participation, which included signing a pledge to back the nominee regardless of who it might be.

During the interview, Trump told Carlson that the legal cases against him were all nonsense. He then brought up twice-failed Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, along with Democrat Stacey Abrams, stating they also challenged the outcomes of elections they lost.

“But now, you know, every time you see [Clinton] on television, she’s saying like, well, she’s challenging the election. … So that would mean that she should be indicted, but that would mean also that Stacey Abrams in Georgia should be indicted ’cause she still thinks she won the election for governor,” Trump explained.
